1. General

2. Services

Rorexa OÜ provides digital copyright enforcement, online visibility suppression, search engine de-indexing assistance, monitoring services, and related intellectual property support services.

Services are provided based on the information and materials supplied by the client.

We rely on client representations regarding copyright ownership and authorization.

Due to the involvement of third-party platforms, hosting providers, and search engines, we do not guarantee complete, permanent, or irreversible removal of infringing content.

Service performance depends on external platform policies, applicable laws, and third-party response times.

3. Service Commencement

Service begins upon successful receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No enforcement, monitoring, or submission activity will commence prior to confirmed payment.

4. Client Representations

By engaging our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are the lawful copyright owner of the material in question, or

• You are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner;

• All information provided to us is accurate and complete;

• Enforcement requests submitted through us are made in good faith.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rorexa OÜ harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from inaccurate representations of ownership, authority, or factual information.

5. Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve submitting notices to third parties, including but not limited to:

• Search engines

• Hosting providers

• File-sharing platforms

• Social media platforms

• Online marketplaces

We do not control these platforms and cannot guarantee their decisions, response times, or enforcement outcomes.

We are not responsible for reappearance of infringing material or actions taken by third parties.

6. Payments

All fees are agreed in writing, displayed at checkout, or specified in invoices prior to service commencement.

Payment may be collected via invoice, payment link, subscription, or other approved payment methods.

Failure to complete payment may result in suspension, delay, or non-initiation of services.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees are due in full according to the selected billing structure.

7. Subscription and Recurring Billing

Certain services may be offered on a recurring subscription basis.

By subscribing to a recurring service, you authorize Rorexa OÜ to automatically charge your selected payment method at the beginning of each billing period until cancellation.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges.

The Weekly Protection subscription includes ongoing monitoring, detection efforts, documentation, and submission of enforcement notices.

Recurring billing reflects continued monitoring and submission efforts and does not guarantee complete or permanent removal of all infringing content.

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date billing information.

8. Refund Policy

Fees paid for a billing period are non-refundable once monitoring, enforcement, or submission activity for that period has commenced.

No refunds shall be issued based on dissatisfaction with third-party platform decisions, response times, or reappearance of content.

Refunds, if any, must be explicitly agreed in writing prior to engagement.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is the property of Rorexa OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or exploit any material from the Site without prior written consent.

You may use the Site for lawful informational purposes only.

10. Confidentiality

We treat client information as confidential and will not disclose it except:

• Where required by law;

• Where necessary to perform enforcement services;

• With client consent.

11. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site or services for unlawful purposes;

• Submit false or fraudulent infringement claims;

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems;

• Interfere with Site functionality.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services in case of misuse.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Rorexa OÜ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;

• Loss of profits, revenue, business, or reputation;

• Actions or inactions of third-party platforms;

• Reappearance of infringing material.

Our total liability under any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or services if these Terms are breached.

Provisions relating to liability, indemnity, confidentiality, and intellectual property shall survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union law.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia.
